Central Park Lahore Plot Prices: How to Read a Listing Before You Pay
Central Park Housing Scheme sits on Main Ferozepur Road near Gajju Matah, about five minutes from the Lahore Ring Road interchange. Developed by Urban Developers and fully LDA approved, it is one of the larger private schemes in south Lahore at roughly 9,500 kanals, with a new Hunza block under development this year. It is also a society where the block you buy in moves the price almost as much as the plot size you choose.
Every figure below is an asking price from portal listings read on 24 October 2026, pulled twice from independent sources. Bands made it into this article only when both pulls agreed. Treat them as the ceiling of the negotiation, not the value, and read the traps section before shortlisting anything.

The short answer
| Cut | Asking band | What drives the spread |
|---|---|---|
| 5 marla | Rs 65 lakh to 1.0 crore | Premium blocks (A, A1, BB, C) 85L to 1Cr; standard blocks 65 to 85L |
| 10 marla | Rs 76 lakh to 1.8 crore | A/G blocks 1.25 to 1.8Cr; C/D blocks 76L to 1.45Cr; F block lower tier |
| 1 kanal | Rs 2.05 to 2.5 crore | Tightest band in the society; A block 2.05 to 2.3Cr, B block 2.5Cr |
| 2 kanal | No firm band | Listings too thin, mostly stale cards; indicative Rs 2.9 to 4.3Cr in B block |
| 8 marla commercial | Rs 3.25 to 3.7 crore | Roughly Rs 46 lakh per marla |
| 10 marla commercial | Rs 4.25 to 4.6 crore | Roughly Rs 46 lakh per marla |
| 5 marla commercial (D block) | Rs 2.4 to 2.5 crore | Main boulevard, possession plots |
The 1 kanal band is the safest number in this society
If there is one figure to trust in Central Park right now, it is the 1 kanal range. Seven fresh cards sit between Rs 2.05 and 2.5 crore, five of them portal-verified, and an independent second pull landed a Lamudi card at Rs 2.25 crore for a 130-foot-road plot in A block right inside the band. Block A runs Rs 2.05 to 2.3 crore; block B sits at Rs 2.5 crore.
That tightness is the point. A 45 lakh swing on a 2.25 crore asset is normal market texture, not a pricing argument. When a card lands far outside it, you have a story on your hands: one OLX card asks Rs 1.95 crore in B block, and with a single sighting and no corroboration it reads as either a distress sale or bait. Either way, it does not move the band. One live card also carries a "Disputed" amenities tag at Rs 2.3 crore in A block. A disputed kanal is not a bargain kanal; it is a research project.
5 and 10 marla: two tiers, not one market
The smaller cuts split cleanly by block maturity. Developed, populated blocks (A, A1, BB, G) quote at the top of the range. Developing blocks (C, D, E, F, H, J) quote below them. A verified A1 5 marla at Rs 1 crore sits roughly 35 to 50 percent above a standard BB or C block card at Rs 65 to 70 lakh.
Corner, park-facing and main-road positions widen that gap further. The society's own schedule charges a 25 percent premium for a plot facing an 80-foot road with a corner, or facing the 150-foot road, and 35 percent for both together. Listings reflect the same arithmetic in demand prices.
The per-marla math tells the volume story. A 5 marla at Rs 1 crore is Rs 20 lakh per marla. A 10 marla at Rs 1.8 crore is Rs 18 lakh per marla. A 1 kanal at Rs 2.5 crore is Rs 12.5 lakh per marla. The bigger the cut, the lower the unit rate, because the buyer pool shrinks as the absolute price climbs. Our guide to choosing between 5, 10 marla and 1 kanal works through that tradeoff in detail.
Commercial: the per-marla line is almost flat
Central Park's commercial market is unusually legible. An 8 marla at Rs 3.7 crore is Rs 46.25 lakh per marla. A 10 marla at Rs 4.6 crore is Rs 46 lakh per marla. A 5 marla on D block's main boulevard at Rs 2.5 crore is Rs 47.6 lakh per marla. Three different sizes, three different blocks, one consistent rate. When the unit math agrees this cleanly across cards, the bands are believable.
The honest edge case: an 8 marla commercial card on four-year installments quotes Rs 3.99 crore. Cash and installment prices in the same society are different products; compare them only after converting to total cash outlay.
The traps inside Central Park listings
Reading cards here takes real care. This is what the double-pull research turned up on a single day.
Header and body prices disagree. A Zameen pair of 5 marla in BB block headlines Rs 85 lakh but the body demands Rs 95 lakh per plot. A J block 5 marla headlines Rs 69 lakh and the body says Rs 70 lakh. Always read the body; the headline is advertising.
Stale cards wear fresh labels. OLX search snapshots in this pull carried 302-day-old crawls while displaying "1 hour ago" or "5 hrs ago" ages. An ilaan 1 kanal card at Rs 85 lakh against a Rs 2.05 to 2.5 crore band is a 157-day-old ghost, not an opportunity. If a number looks 30 to 50 percent off the cluster, check the card's real age before calling.
Bait cards sit far below the cluster. A 5 marla at Rs 42 lakh against a Rs 65 lakh floor, and a commercial card at an absurd "Rs 45 crore," are pricing theatre, not inventory.
The body copy can mislabel the location. One verified 5 marla card in A1 describes its location as "Raiwind Road." Central Park is on Ferozepur Road. Dealer copy-paste templates cross-pollinate across schemes, so confirm the block on the phone and the plot on the map before visiting.
Odd cuts pollute the filters. 11.2 marla corner cards at Rs 1.30 to 1.45 crore sit inside 10 marla searches. Price them as a 10 marla plus extra land, not as expensive 10 marlas.
Commercial cards wear residential headers. A 5.25 marla commercial plot files under "5 Marla" and an 8.5 marla commercial under "8 Marla." The body reveals what the header hides.
Cross-society pollution is live. A DHA Phase 10 file-rate price list appeared inside Central Park's block F results on OLX. Nearby-ads panels and related listings are advertising space, not comparable inventory.
Stale guide tables still rank. Two agency price tables are hundreds of days old and quote figures far below current asks. Ranked does not mean current.
